Custom Geode-Inspired Macarons

Challenged yet again by an incredible customer with impeccable taste.  Introducing, Geode-Inspired Macarons.  We worked hard to impart the beautiful natural colors and crystals formed in these volcanic lava rocks onto the macarons.  We created layers of pink and blue patterns with edible food gels and royal icing and finished each macaron with candied crystals.  Let's just say we have a new found love and appreciation for rocks (and our geologists friends out there!). #geodemacarons #agatemacarons
